Aerostar International

During my collaboration with Aerostar International, I had the opportunity to work on various projects showcasing their new identity as a company that has recently branched off from another. The main focus was to develop a comprehensive branding guide, update their marketing materials, and design impactful print materials. 

The process began with research to gain a deep understanding of Aerostar’s brand history, values, target audience, and market positioning. This involved studying the company’s existing brand assets, previous marketing materials, and competitors’ branding strategies.

As part of an elementary school outreach event, I had the opportunity to create captivating stickers that not only embraced a playful aesthetic but also effectively showcased Aerostar’s innovative balloon technology. The primary objective was to engage young minds while raising awareness of Aerostar’s expertise in the field. To achieve this, I embarked on a creative journey to design stickers that would resonate with the target audience. 

One of the standout projects in my graphic design portfolio is the creation of a lapel pin design for Aerostar. Drawing inspiration from Aerostar’s aerospace technology I explored various symbols and iconography that could effectively communicate these attributes. To enhance the lapel pin’s visual impact, I paid meticulous attention to the finer details and added dimensionality. This involved incorporating textures, shadows, and highlights to create depth and make the design truly stand out when worn. 

The balloon design had to strike a balance between visual appeal and functional considerations. I carefully considered factors such as legibility of the Aerostar logo, optimal placement of graphics and text, and the overall composition to ensure that the design would be visually impactful when the balloon was inflated.
